What is a credit?
A credit is one AI agent conversation. Each time your AI agent replies to a tenant or guest, it consumes one credit from your monthly balance. Credits are shared across all your agents and properties.
What happens when my credits run out?
Overage billing kicks in automatically so your AI agents keep running. We charge a small per-credit rate — your agents never stop mid-stay or mid-tenancy.
Do credits roll over each month?
Included monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month don’t carry over, so it’s worth picking the right plan for your typical volume.
Can I change my plan as my portfolio grows?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Growth, and Scale at any time. Your new credit balance takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How do I build an AI agent?
